Somatic Experiencing® (SE) is a body-centered method for working with trauma and stress. Created by Dr. Peter Levine, this approach is based on the idea that our bodies carry the imprints of past experiences—and that healing comes from gently accessing and releasing them.
In sessions, I guide clients with care and compassion to reconnect with their physical sensations, emotions, and inner strengths. Each process is uniquely shaped around your needs, giving you the space to move through your healing journey at a pace that feels safe and supportive.

Somatic Experiencing® (SE) differs from traditional talk therapy in that it includes the body as an important part of the therapeutic process. Rather than focusing primarily on thoughts, emotions, and the story of what happened, SE also explores how experiences are showing up in your body and nervous system in the present moment.
