Individual Therapy
I believe that at our core, we all long for growth, healing, and a life aligned with our deepest values. But the path isn’t always easy. We live in a world that presents us with challenges—societal pressures, family dynamics, relational struggles, and physical ailments —that can obscure our sense of direction and make us feel stuck or overwhelmed. Anxiety, depression, and emotional distress often emerge as natural responses to these conditions.
As a therapist, I see you as the expert of your own life— with all of your joys, your losses, your disappointments, and your triumphs leading to where you are today. Therapy is a journey that invites vulnerability, and I deeply admire those who choose to step into that space, even when it feels uncomfortable. It’s a privilege to witness your story and walk alongside you in the process of self-discovery and transformation.
I work primarily with adults and young adults navigating depression, anxiety, trauma, grief and loss, and major life transitions. I am especially passionate about supporting people in exploring issues related to identity, purpose, and meaning. If you’re feeling disconnected, uncertain, or are questioning who you are and what truly matters to you, we may be a good fit.
Together, we’ll explore what your experience of grief, loneliness, anxiety, or disconnection might be communicating about your life. We’ll ask meaningful questions about what it means to be human, and where you find love, joy, and purpose. I believe that a strong, supportive therapeutic relationship can foster deep insight, growth, and lasting change. My goal is to create a space where you feel seen, heard, and understood—one that allows you to look inward with compassion and curiosity.
My approach is grounded in relational psychodynamic, attachment-based, and somatic therapies, along with humanistic and existential-phenomenological perspectives. These frameworks honor the whole person—your history, your present experiences, your body, and the relational space we share in therapy. Our work may include breathwork, mindfulness, and gentle movement to help regulate your nervous system and reconnect with your body’s wisdom. I believe that the body holds powerful insights, and we’ll spend a lot of time with what yours is trying to tell us.
