Individual Therapy and Nervous System Regulation

I believe that at our core, we all long for growth, healing, and a life that feels authentic and aligned with our deepest values. Yet the path toward wholeness isn’t always easy. The pace and pressures of modern life, along with the weight of trauma, loss, and uncertainty, can leave us feeling disconnected from ourselves, our bodies, and our sense of purpose. Feelings of anxiety, depression, or numbness often arise as our nervous system’s natural way of trying to protect us and help us adapt.

As a therapist, I see you as the expert of your own life. Every part of your story, your joys, challenges, and turning points, has shaped the wisdom that already lives within you. Therapy is a space where that wisdom can be rediscovered. It takes courage to slow down, turn inward, and meet yourself with honesty and compassion. I deeply honor those who choose to engage in this kind of embodied healing.

I work primarily with adults and young adults navigating anxiety, depression, trauma, grief and loss, and major life transitions. I’m especially passionate about supporting people who feel disconnected or “stuck” and want to reconnect with a greater sense of vitality, meaning, and belonging.

In our work together, we’ll listen closely not just to your thoughts and emotions, but also to your body, its sensations, impulses, and rhythms. Using Somatic Experiencing® and other body-based approaches, we’ll gently explore how your nervous system has learned to respond to stress and how it can find its way back to regulation, safety, and ease. Through this process, you can begin to release long-held patterns of tension or fear and rediscover the innate resilience that has always been within you.

My approach integrates relational, and attachment-based perspectives with Somatic Experiencing®, mindfulness, and humanistic-existential frameworks. These approaches honor the whole person, your mind, body, and spirit, and the relational space we create together. Our sessions may include grounding, breathwork, or mindful movement to help you attune to your inner experience and reconnect with your body’s natural wisdom.

My intention is to create a space where you feel deeply seen, supported, and empowered to move toward a life that feels more grounded, connected, and alive.
